4km of tobogganing on a snowy trail !
A magical moment to be shared with the family. Enjoy the pleasure of steering your way down: a long series of bends "the Roc rapids" and quickly into the "Never ending Canyon" with smaller turns. Access: La Croisette sector.
22 banked turns, 450m vertical drop.
Conditions: Children from 7 to 10 yrs free when sharing parent's toboggan. Forbidden to children under 7.
Bonus : Toboggan at nignt with aheadlamp !
Toboggan run access includes the access to gondola lift Roc 1, toboggan rental and helmet and a headlamp for night sessions.

There’s no better place than La Masse sector if you want to be at one with nature. Soak up breathtaking scenery and experience the feeling of being totally alone to enjoy excellent snow and fantastic runs.
Alone did you say? Well maybe not completely….some of the local wildlife is watching you - do you recognise any of them?
Come and discover the flora and get to know the animals that inhabit the Vanoise National Park: black grouse, golden eagles, rock ptarmigans, badgers, frogs…. not forgetting the whistling marmots of course.
They'll be watching you as you devour the new, educational fun run in the «Friendly Natural Park» zone! This area has been totally redesigned much to the delight of skiers of all ages: new modules, new parallel slalom and a new picnic area where you can discover, learn and share all the riches of the Vanoise National Park’s fauna. And if you’d like to take a souvenir of your experience back home with you, make sure you get a photo of the sculpture made out of recycled wood pallets to capture the moment forever!

For experts at amazing tricks and thrill-seekers! Les Menuires snowpark has been revamped. Discover a new snowsports zone with moguls, rails and kicks. Now's the chance to pull off your best ever tricks, with something to suit all tastes and all styles. Are you natural or goofy? If you love doing tricks and backs then what are you waiting for! Not forgetting the boardercross, where you’ll be able to see how you measure up to other skiers and snowboarders. Less experienced freestylers can enjoy the equipped blue level area.

The new chill zone will be kitted out so you can sit comfortably and enjoy the show.

Accessible to everyone, this introductory area lets you carry out amazing skids on 2 wheels over a dedicated run. Learn how to brake, take corners in the snow and get up to speed on all the new cycling thrills over an 8-kilometre run!
Fat Biking on snow arrives in Les Menuires with the brand new Roc’n bob trail. On the programme, two 4-kilometre descents supervised by a state-qualified mountain biking instructor.
From Wednesday to Friday, from 9am until 12noon, at the bottom of the Roc des 3 Marches gondola lift
2 journeys on the Roc 1 gondola lift, bicycle, helmet and protective gear are all included in the price.
Ideal for a first snowsports experience.
Get off to a gentle start on dedicated beginners’ areas.
The Easy Rider label indicates which itinerary to follow. Among the first to get the label in Les Menuires was La Montagnette run, with a gentle 400-metre vertical drop down to La Croisette.

Every Wednesday morning at the summit of the Gondola Masse-2 from 22/12/19 to 17/04/20 (Postponed to Thursday in case of bad weather).
Meet at the bottom of the Gondola Masse-1 at 8:00 am for an unforgettable experience with mountains professionals.
Purchase / reservation online or at our main reception in La Croisette : places limited to 40 people.(12 people minimum); 16€ per person.
Be over 5 years old and accompagnied by an adult for minors.
Have a minimum 3rd star ski level, class 2: good level requiered minimum red run.
