Can I pay in installments?


Yes, thanks to Alma, you can pay in 3 installments without fees or 4 installments with fees, depending on the amount of your order (between €300 and €5,000).

How can I obtain a usage certificate for my ski pass?

To obtain a usage certificate, simply contact us by email at:

Please include the following information in your message:

The first and last name of the ski pass holder
The order number
The reloadable card number (format: 01-1614 xxx xxxx…)
or, if unavailable, a copy of the purchase receipt.

How can I obtain an invoice for my ski pass purchase?

To obtain an invoice, please write to contact@skipass-lesmenuires.com.

To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • First and last name and email of the person who made the purchase

  • Postal address

  • Phone number where you can be reached

Important: If you purchased your ski pass through a third-party provider (e.g., agency or partner website), please contact them directly.

Where can I find my proof of purchase?

  • Purchase via distributor/automated kiosk/terminal/ on line:
    Go to our website in the My Account section. Click “Forgot password”, check your email, then access the “My Orders” section:
