Whistleblowing system

La Sevabel provides a whistleblowing system that allows its employees and external stakeholders to report breaches of the Group’s laws and internal rules.

The whistleblowing system can be used to report in particular:

  • Breaches of the anti-corruption code of conduct

  • Acts of corruption or influence peddling

  • Conflict of interest situations

  • Fraudulent acts

  • Money laundering activities

  • Breaches of personal data protection

  • Threats to information systems security

  • Breaches of the duty of vigilance regarding human rights and fundamental freedoms, health and safety at work, and environmental protection

Reports collected through this whistleblowing system are handled by the Ethics Officer in a confidential and independent manner, in compliance with applicable legislation. The use of the platform also allows the whistleblower to remain anonymous if they wish.

No retaliation will be tolerated against anyone who, in good faith, reports a violation through this system.
