Saturday skiing: in the event of bad weather
expand_more

I have a "Saturday” skipass and storms are forecast, what should I do?

Firstly, we recommend that you check the weather forecast before buying a “Saturday” skipass. If you have already bought one and the ski lifts are required to close due to bad weather conditions, this is what you should do:

  • Step 1: do not activate your skipass. This allows our customer service team to quickly check that your pass has not been used. A pass that has been activated takes longer to check.

  • Step 2: make a claim. Go to the "suggestions & claims" section where you will need to provide your personal details, the number of skipasses affected and your order number. Please note that customers who bought their skipass from a third party, such as a hotel, travel agency or tour operator will need to send their request to them directly.

  • Step 3: once you have sent your claim, our customer service team will carry out any necessary checks and will get back to you as soon as possible.
