The ski resort of Les Menuires and the village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville give you ski-in/ski-out access to the largest linked ski area in the world: Les 3 Vallées.
Opening dates of the Les 3 Vallées ski areas:
Les Menuires: from 6 December 2025 to 17 April 2026
Saint-Martin-de-Belleville: from 13 December 2025 to 17 April 2026
Val Thorens–Orelle: from 22 November 2025 to 3 May 2026
Méribel: from 6 December 2025 to 17 April 2026

If you were rescued by the ski patrol of Les Menuires or Saint-Martin and wish to know the steps to take, contact the ski patrol of the Vallée des Belleville at (+33) 4 79 00 64 47.
If you purchased Carré Neige insurance:
After your accident, you have 15 days to declare your claim on carreneige.com.
If you are injured on the slopes of Les Menuires or Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, contact the ski patrol at (+33) 4 79 00 64 47, specifying the name of the slope, the number of the nearest marker, and the type of injury.

The rechargeable card contains your lift pass. It is free of charge and mandatory to access our ski area. Placed in a pocket on the left side of your clothing, it will be detected automatically and grant you access.
Where to find the cards?
On-site, you can pick up blank cards in the resort: Skipass sales points, tourist offices, real estate agencies, shops, etc.
How to recharge the card?
Simply enter the card number in the format: 01-1614 xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx - x or scan the QR code on the card. The recharge is instant, and you can go directly to the lifts.
Can I use a card from another resort?
Yes, if the card number is in the format: 01-1614 xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx - x.
I don’t have a rechargeable card
You can choose in-resort pickup at one of our vending machines:
Saint-Martin-de-Belleville – Les Grangeraies area: opposite the gondola lift.
Les Menuires – La Croisette area: at the foot of the ROC1 gondola.
Les Menuires – Les Bruyères area: at the start of our rail sled “La Mine”. Another machine is available at the
Bruyères ticket office opposite the cinema, snow front side.
Reberty 2000 area: inside Les Alpages de Reberty residence.
Preyerand area: inside Intersport and Pure Valley shop, open 24/7.
Le Bettex village: vending machines at the departure of the Bettex chairlift.

If you already purchased a “Saturday I Ski” pass and the ski area cannot open due to weather conditions, please follow these steps:
Do not use your pass.
File a claim on https://www.ticketoski.fr/en/les-menuires with your order number.
If you purchased your pass via a third-party provider (Hotel, Agency, Tour Operator…), please contact them directly.
Once your claim is submitted, our customer service will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
Pedestrians can access several lifts with a specific pass. Find the full list and conditions here.
Yes, the pedestrian pass allows access to mountain restaurants and scenic viewpoints. See pedestrian info.
Allowed in all gondolas, as well as the Croisette gondola lift and the Preyerand cable car. See pedestrian info.
Dogs are allowed on all lifts except chairlifts. See pedestrian info.
Some residences and ski rental shops provide ski lockers.

Skicase offers heated lockers for 2 or 4 pairs of skis, open 7/7 from 08:00 to 19:00.

Some must-see photo spots:
Pointe de la Masse (2,800 m) via the Pointe de la Masse gondola, with its 360° terrace.
Col de la Chambre (2,850 m) via the Bruyères gondola or Mont de la Chambre chairlift.
Tougnète (2,437 m) via the St Martin Express chairlift, with breathtaking views over the Vallée des Belleville and Mont Blanc.

If you hold discount cards such as Pass Montagne or ACL, please purchase directly on the website of the card provider. Our sales points cannot apply discounts at the counter.

For a ski pass purchase, benefit from a 75% discount on selected products upon presentation of valid ID and a recent photo.
Access in winter
On foot: take the free Croisette gondola lift to reach the Pointe de la Masse gondola departure.
On skis: take the green run Boulevard de la Masse from La Croisette.
Included in your ski pass: access to the Pointe de la Masse is automatically included in all ski and pedestrian passes (1 to 6 days and season). Not included in 1- or 2-ride pedestrian passes.

Snowscoot (sitting or standing): allowed on all lifts except drag lifts.
Snow-skate: only allowed on lifts accessible to pedestrians.
Forbidden (by ski patrol order): yooner, snooc, paret, etc.

Approach on-site staff who can inform and guide you.
If links between resorts are closed (usually due to weather or technical reasons):
Stay on your local ski area: you can fully enjoy your resort’s slopes (e.g., Les Menuires or Val Thorens).
Follow real-time updates: check display boards in resort, the Les 3 Vallées app, or official websites.
