The card is uploaded with your ticket. It is free of charge and compulsory to access the summer area: put it inside a pocket on your left-hand-side and it will be detected as you go through the ski lift barrier, opening automatically for you.
Where can I get a rechargeable card?
If you are in resort and don’t have a card, you can get a new one from the Tourist Office, Maison de la Montagne, estate agencies, shops etc
How do I recharge my card?
Enter the number of your card in the following format on this website: 01-1614 xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx - x, or scan the card on one of our vending machines and it will recharge immediately. Grangeraies district in Saint Martin de Belleville, facing the gondola.
La Croisette district in Les Menuires, at the foot of the ROC1 gondola.
Les Bruyères district in Les Menuires, at the starting point of our "La Mine" rail sled. A second automatic terminal is available at the Bruyères counter, opposite the cinema, on the snow front side.
Reberty 2000 district, indoor distributors at Alpages de Reberty.
Preyerand district, indoor distributors at Intersport Pure Valley: 24/7.
Village of Bettex: Withdrawal at our automatic withdrawal terminals at the foot of the Bettex chairlift.
Additionally, you can finalize your order by yourself with a new rechargeable pass (available for collection in the resort at several locations, such as the tourism office) directly on your account using the "Activate a pass" button.
I have a "Saturday” skipass and storms are forecast, what should I do?
Firstly, we recommend that you check the weather forecast before buying a “Saturday” skipass. If you have already bought one and the ski lifts are required to close due to bad weather conditions, this is what you should do:
Step 1: do not activate your skipass. This allows our customer service team to quickly check that your pass has not been used. A pass that has been activated takes longer to check.
Step 2: make a claim. Go to the "suggestions & claims" section where you will need to provide your personal details, the number of skipasses affected and your order number. Please note that customers who bought their skipass from a third party, such as a hotel, travel agency or tour operator will need to send their request to them directly.
Step 3: once you have sent your claim, our customer service team will carry out any necessary checks and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Would you like to take a walk, go hiking or meet up with friends?
